We first met Graham in 2002 when Pearson Shared Services were looking for assistance for our New Build and Distribution Transition Project for Person Shared Services. The Disney site at Magna Park recommended we speak to him as he had done such a fantastic job for them on their new site and indeed on a number of support issues surrounding their recent move. Graham has been the most significant factor in the successful aspects of our transition. His ability to read our needs and come up with innovative and cost-effective solutions has been remarkable. Just a quick note to thank you for an excellent tour of the Rugby site yesterday. It was very impressive and from what I both heard and saw, your role has been critical. You’ve helped us keep to plan and budget and also maintained excellent, constructive relationships with all the contractors. Thank you for all you’ve done and all that you will do.

I have worked with Inline Logistics on three separate major projects. All have been completed on time and within the budgeted cost however, this is only the part of the story. Inline have also given me excellent advice and suggestions regarding all aspects of our warehousing projects which has enabled us to avoid potential pitfalls and improve our layout and operation. Now that we have completed Project Phoenix we wanted to write to you to express our thanks to your team for a job that was well delivered. You sold a “can do” vision to ECP of how you would meet our challenges and from day one you lived up to this and have actually exceeded our expectations. Credit must go to Mick Staddon, but we would also like to recognise Glen “Skip” Levy, Mick Griffin and all the sub-contract partners that you used on the various elements of the project. Now that we have completed the project, I would like to thank you for your outstanding contribution to the overall success of the site. Working with you on the layout of the operation and the racking design and procurement was an instructive and rewarding experience, which highlighted to me the depth of knowledge and experience you brought to the project. We have been able to achieve a sound operational solution with more than the target numbers of Pick slots and reserves and at the same time provide an installation which looks right. Despite many challenges and frustrations, all of them from elsewhere in the project, we were able to deliver a sound, cost effective solution, on time and to the required quality. That we were able to do so was due to the efforts of yourself and your team at Inline. Thanks to you all.

The works bid for and undertaken by Inline on behalf of Travis Perkins Group Distribution @ the Salthouse Road Facility have been carried out to an extremely high standard, with a true focus on Quality and Value for money. The particular attention to the Health & Safety aspects of the works, which involved a great deal of works at height needed close and constant management from Inline and again was managed to an extremely high standard. Working with Inline on this particular project has allowed the business to focus on the business, while a set of experts delivered the required infrastructure changes; exactly what a business need, partners who are flexible, professional and deliver what was agreed, in the time lines agreed at an agreed price.

Just a quick note to pass on my many thanks for all the fantastic work you and your team have done over the past few weeks for us. To come back on Monday and see the build completed and now onto snagging was remarkable and I appreciate your efforts in getting this completed so much ahead of schedule.

Inline over the years have installed over 65,000 pallet positions within our 473,000 square foot main distribution centre. Project Silver a very complex project with tight timescales managed expertly by Mick Staddon and overseen by Howard Gillard. Very challenging with limited space available to lose 30% of a 473,000 square foot warehouse and not impact service at all is testament to excellent job Inline did. Whilst on site the H&S of Inline was excellent and all projects were delivered on time and in full.

From the initial design, procurement and fit-out originally 8 years ago and the subsequent modifications, re-designs and reconfigurations to the facility ever since, we have had no inclination to use any other service provider for our warehouse facility. Inline has worked with us as partners on a few our European sites, always offering sensible and sound advice, always looking to provide competitive solutions to our needs.
